Help!! Cant... Stop... Eating...

34
Today is the day that I will put away all lightly flavoured golden baked goodness forever!
Well, okay, forever seems a tad bit harsh.
But you know what I mean.
After devouring a whole box of Kips (Spring Onion flavour) in the space of a few hours, I decided that enough was enough! Its time to practice the good 'ol    "Thanks, but no".

In true "Excel Spreadsheet Brain" style, I then tried to devise a list of things that do not taste like my sons P.T. socks and that I actually can overeat on. And this is what I've come up with:

LIST OF THINGS TO EAT:
1.

Okay, so I found myself a bit stuck. But do you blame me? What IS there? I mean, the last time I was on a diet, I had this really yummy avo and health bread snack and it left me SO full that I felt kinda bad. Is the secret behind being really skinny not being really hungry? I'm sure those 2 go hand in hand right? And don't give me the "Oh you don't watch enough Oprah"-look and speak about digestive yogurt, twice-a-day-porridge and snack bars. To me a snack bar is this really cool place that serves food, not drinks.

Anyways, to cut a long story short... I am just here to publicly declare... THAT...
Uhmmm...
I will not be eating... anymore??
anymore-ish...
In a way.

Wait, can I start next month?
